Hi Everyone

I’m so pleased to start this blog for you.  I have had some remarkable roles in great companies of which I have been challenged (many times!) and have learnt every day.  I absolutely love what I do. 

When I was seeking a new role, I remember being questioned by my sister on what I have to offer.  Why would a company want me?  What was my point of difference?

With these questions, I realised my point of difference, ‘my uniqueness’ was imbedded in the many sincere compliments I have received.

This blog is to document and share my experiences and thoughts for two reasons.  Firstly, to share with you in the hope that you will get some benefits from a different point of view, or simply to help you consolidate some thoughts you already have.  Secondly reflecting on what you do, your approach and work provides great opportunity for improvement.  I am hopeful my reflections will help me grow as a People & Culture practitioner as well.    

I’ll be sharing easy to follow tips, insights and experiences (and templates if I can learn how to attach documents to my blog) as well.
