Hello and welcome to my personal People and Culture blog! My name is Alison and I work in the Human Resources industry. 

I created this blog to document the many experiences, thoughts and challenges I have in working as a People & Culture practitioner for two reasons.  Firstly, to share information with you in the hope that you will get some benefit from a different point of view, or simply to help you consolidate some thoughts you already have. 

The second reason I created this blog is because reflecting on what you do, your approach and your work provides great opportunity for improvement; so this blog gives me time to reflect on what I do to help me continue to improve.
